The Ottawa Tool Library restores donated tools which they subsequently sell to help cover their operatings costs. I participate in the restoration by providing my labour and skills in the restoration work, and by helping to identify tools and their provenance.
I also volunteer at Canoe Kayak Canada regattas by helping carry boats for younger atheletes, as well as any other labour as needed.
